This is an explorer add-on which will allow you to view (and edit!) MP3 tags with right-clicking on a file. You even can set individual icon for every file!  Do not enable the icon handler (under config) if you have large folders of MP3's, else it serverly slows down explorer.

Shows ID3 tag info when hovering mouse over filename. Also adds extra tab to properties menu of MP3 file (right click select properties and then there is another tab). This is the main program and can easily be missed. It has lots of options and you can quickly skip backwarrd and forwards through ID3 info of many MP3's if you have highlighted them all before selecting properties. Supports ID3 version two and has option to insert album covers in mp3 files. It can also allocate certain icons to certain bitrates of MP3, but not tride this.

Install:  Right click on the file MP3ext.inf and choose "Install"
